Appointments can be booked directly through our website. Click the "Book Custom Suit Appointment" tab. A $50 booking fee is required to secure your consultation. This fee will be applied toward your final purchase should you decide to move forward. Please note that the $50 booking fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed.

Appointment:
Once you book your appointment, we’ll take your body measurements and begin designing your suit. During the consultation, you’ll choose from thousands of fabrics to match your personal style.

Production:
Suits typically take 3–6 weeks to make, depending on fabric and design. Custom shirts, overcoats, and shoes may take up to 4 weeks.

Expedited Orders:

If you need your garments sooner, we offer expedited production and shipping for an additional fee.

While not always ideal, we recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks before your event to allow time for delivery, adjustments, and/or garment remakes. As a general rule of the thumb, the earlier, the better!

Yes, prices are subject to change based on fabric selection, custom design details,
and additional material required for larger measurements. We will inform you of
any additional costs during your consultation.

Yes, we offer packages for special occasions like prom and weddings:

Prom Package: Includes a 2- or 3-piece suit, shirt, tie or bowtie, pocket square, and cuff links for $900.

Wedding Package: Includes similar options at $799.

Our garments are custom-made for you based on your unique measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences.

We do not offer refunds on custom or bespoke garments.

• Local Tailoring: For minor adjustments, we recommend visiting a local tailor for alterations. Our garments are designed to allow for easy tailoring to achieve the perfect fit
• Remakes: If we took your measurements and the garment is too small, we will create a remake free of charge.

If you provided your own measurements and the garment does not fit as expected, you would be responsible for the remake cost.

However, we will offer a discount in this case to support you in achieving the desired fit.

We recommend dry cleaning your suits, shirts, and overcoats to maintain their quality and longevity. Avoid excessive wear between cleanings, and store your garments in a breathable garment bag to prevent wrinkles and damage.
