Appointment:

Once you have booked an appointment, it is now time to get your body measurements and begin working on the design of your suit. During the initial appointment, we will take numerous measurements to ensure your suit has the perfect fit. From there, we have thousands of fabrics that you will be able to select from based on your personal preference.

Shipping:

Suits typically take three to six weeks to make (depending on the fabric and uniqueness of the design). Custom shirts, overcoats and shoes may take up to four weeks.

In the event you need items quicker, there is an expedited shipping option that will result in an additional fee.

It is recommended to place an order for an event roughly 2 months (8 weeks) out to ensure safe delivery, final fitting and perfect results.

You can get your measurements taken at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you prefer to have your measurements taken on your own, we are happy to provide a list of the measurements that are needed to ensure you have a perfect fitted suit.

Yes, we offer suits (2 piece & 3 piece), tuxedos, sport coats, handcrafted shoes, slacks, shirts (both dress, causal, and formal), overcoats, & trench coats. In addition, we offer accessories such as ties and bowties.

Our garments are made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and styling. We are fully committed to ensuring you have garments that exceed your expectations. If your garments do not meet your expectations, let us know and we will make it right for you. We’re here to help. Contact us at info@suitelifeaccessories.com and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that we do not offer any refunds on any of our custom and bespoke garments as they are made according to your measurements and design, no one else’s. If there is any issue with the fit or fabrication of your garments, we will work to remake it, or we will give you a complimentary alteration for that garment. We deserve the right to charge for alterations or remakes on subsequent orders after your first round requiring adjustments to fit.

Once an order has been placed, there will be no refunds issued. We will not pay for alterations or a remake after 30 days from garment delivery. Prior to the 30-day period, we are happy to work with you to perfect the fit of your garments and will provide the most competitive pricing available.

We are not responsible for any garments once they are shipped. You must keep a proof of return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by us will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
